Hopper Motorplex

I had the pleasure of connecting with Hopper MotorPlex last week after a friend had told me about them. Wow, while I’m a car guy, purchasing a daily driver is not my idea of having fun. The experience rein-instilled by faith in purchasing an automobile at a local dealer. They don't inspect their cars as well as they say do. I bought a 2016 Challenger from them with a clean CARFAX report. When I waxed the car for the first time I noticed the LH side of the car has been painted. When I took the car in for a front end alignment the mechanic said the cross member was bent and needed to be replaced. The cost to replace the cross member, 2000,00!!!! Their mechanic should have caught a bent cross member!!!!

Do not buy from here! Husband bought a used Ram pickup, has been a nightmare since drove it off. They said new motor, 1 week later, broke down on side of highway, bone dry, no oil. Headlights didn't work, wipers didn't work. They said they must have forgotten to hook up during motor swap. Little things here and there since we got it. Now, 9 months later, transmission lines busted and leaked out. Mechanic says several bolts and such missing, causing rubbing and holes in lines, now out another $1000. Supposedly new transmission and new motor, with warranty on them, but can't get anybody to own up. This place is a joke.

Friendly, personable sales experience. I feel like I was treated well and got a great car and a good price.

I did not end up buying the vehicle I was looking at for reasons other than the quality of the car or the dealership. Everyone was upfront and professional. I had a very good experience with all the staff.

I would greatly advise anybody to stay away from buying any used vehicles from them as they are con artists. I bought a vehicle less than half a year ago the week after driving it out of the dealership the engine blew hopper multiplex took it back had the vehicle for four months replace the engine Called me gave me the vehicle a week into driving it. The wheel fell off. They proceeded to keep the vehicle for another two months. I finally got the vehicle back six months back after I purchased it I’ve had nothing but ongoing issues with the vehicle hopper multiplex refuses to acknowledge there’s an issue they’ve tried telling me it’s the transmission and now I’ve taken it to a jeep dealership and have a detailed review that proves and shows that everything wrong is due to the fact that the engine that they replaced Was not done correctly. They are missing brackets missing bolts. The engine is leaking because they did not install the radiator correctly but hopper Motorplex refuses to acknowledge it and claim that my warranty has run out. How can my warranty run out when the vehicle was in your shop for six months from the week I bought it I recommend anybody and everybody to stay away from buying used vehicles from them. John the manager is a con artist and does nothing to rectify the issue. I am now taking legal action to prove that the problems with the call I do to the engine they installed.

My experience with Randy was excellent. His communication was great. Randy did not give up on me. He knew exactly what truck I wanted and he made sure I drove off the lot with it. I will definitely be working with Randy again.

This was my first time buying a vehicle from hopper motorplex everything went good, my salesman Ed , I felt was upfront with the deal I would buy from them again.
