Our car sales representative, Mr. Alan Vazquez, kept in contact with me throughout the entire process. He followed through by letting me know when the vehicle arrived and professionally greeted us as soon as we arrived. During our test drive, Mr. Alan was very informative and knowledgeable about the RAV4 and explained it all in an effective manner. In addition the sales manager, Mr. Charlie also worked with us in a professional and gracious manner during the selling and purchase of the vehicle. Ms. Heather did our paperwork and truly demonstrated her dedication in getting all the documents correct and in order. This truly was a great and exceptional experience buying our new vehicle from LaGrange Toyota especially after visiting other dealership that can't compare to their level of customer service. I choose LaGrange Toyota because I got my first 4runner there. We drove 995 miles from Iowa because couldnt get any local dealers to get me what I wanted. I found what I wanted made a call they set me up was a very great experience. When my wife wanted me to find the new trd pro in wave maker blue I reached out to LaGrange Toyota once again They got me one that was on it way . This was a very haed one to get. So once again traveling to LaGrange Toyota. Here we met with Ryan he was a great salesman. Took care of our deal with great patients. We had to bring our new 6 month old puppy she was a handful .He was great with us a puppy . He was very knowledgeable on my new 4runner it had way more to be shown . It had so much more than my 2023 xp 4runner. Ryan made it so easy to understand how to use everything. He was great 👍 If your looking for any Toyota I would make the trip there.
