Great service and customer friendly

Everyone in the dealership, including sales and service are very customer helpful and friendly. From the salesman I purchased my new Ridgeline to my service rep Michael Tran have been extremely helpful and friendly.

Routine Service

You guys call the customer and keep them updated of the work and progress. However, by that call customers can kind of figure out how long it took for the car to be checked. That can be good or bad depending on the time slot available your customer has.

Great service

I recently used Shift to sell my 11' Honda Accord. The team at Shift was extremely professional and I loved how easy they made the whole process. I love the way that they keep it simple and not too pushy so give the buyer a pressure to buy. The seller is very helpful and sincere, he try to work out for the best that i want. I'm a regular customer using car services for oil change in the past 6 years and all the employees are friendly and helpful. I trust and feel liable for my car to be taking car from this dealer. I would highly recommend my friends to use Pasadena Honda service. I would give this place a 5 stars!

Professional and consistent earned my loyalty

Customer satisfaction and my overall service experience is why I return to Honda of Pasadena. The level of professionalism and friendliness truly sets a standard for other Honda facilities. Henry and Antoinette exudes this type of work ethic and behaviors. I enjoy the follow-up and consistently in customer service. Fast Service

Staff was friendly and service was faster than I expected. Service area is near my home so it was very easy to drop my car off.

Great and fast service

Great customer service and explanation of services. Very quick turnaround. Waiting area is not comfortable with very few amenities found at other dealerships.
