I took my 2001 Odyssey in for an oil change and told them
I took my 2001 Odyssey in for an oil change and told them the pan bolt was stripped and a butterfly bolt was used. I told them before they started and after the job was completed the servicemen told me that the mechanic replaced the butterfly bolt with another pan bolt. When I got home and after an hour I checked under my car and there was a pool of oil on the ground. I called the express service department about what I found and the servicemen talked to his manager and he informed him that there is nothing he could do about it. He offered me the telephone numbers of the parts and service departments to get the pan replaced. I told him that it wasn't leaking before they did the oil change but they didn't seem to care.

Poor reception, all were sitting talking and ignoring
Poor reception, all were sitting talking and ignoring customers, one lady came up to me and asked what i needed I told her I had an appointment, she said someone would be right with me and she walked off. The agent that finally came over was sitting at a desk and took about 10 min to come over and ask what i needed. Poor Service!!!

Great experience! Everyone in Service Dept patient with my calls from Virginia to get my car in to Rudolph Honda dealer in El Paso TX to deal with battery replacement. Had to get tow truck to get car to them and arrange for 2 friends to pick it up and take it to my house two days later. Car was checked out as soon as arrived, and Service Dept. called to say what was needed. Did the work the same day and were ok with car staying with them until my friends could pick it up. I get my cars serviced there always ... this is just another example of their responsiveness. Callie
