Worked with Paige, good hustle and good follow up.

Worked with Paige, good hustle and good follow up. Paige's card we received a few days after the sale was more thoughtful and well written than the Christmas card I got from my sister. This is on me, but I can't remember the name of the young gun in the finance dept. She also was very helpful and on her game, even for it being the end of the day. She made running through the paperwork very easy and as fast as that process can be. Actually looking forward to bringing the car in for its first oil change.

I have been buying vehicles from this location since

I have been buying vehicles from this location since 2007. Everyone in the building is extremely friendly and nice. I am currently in the middle of buying a brand new Ram 2500 and I intend to bring my brand new pick-up into this service department for all the maintenance and repair needs. The service dept. does their best working with me on scheduling and providing me with good information on maintenance routines and repairs. They do their job very well. I mostly deal with Krystal at the service counter and the mechanic that works on my vehicle the most would be Doug. I hope these individuals are recognized for their hard work, and I appreciate them making my visit a pleasant one.

My wife hit a deer with her car and totaled it, Gregg

My wife hit a deer with her car and totaled it, Gregg Young Abrams was willing to lend us a vehicle with the promise that we would buy her next car from them. They did so and they were excellent and were very patient with me and our car insurance as it took over a month to finally see a payout.
