Had our jeep for over a month.
Had our jeep for over a month. Very little communication FROM Young - we would call, leave a msg for someone to call us (which we were told would happen the next day), no call back and we'd call again a week later. Jeep was DIRTY when we got it back. First day back got CHECK ENGINE. We troubleshot and added antifreeze til level remained in good level. Brought jeep back in. They never figured out why "check engine" problem after we got it back. We were not informed of 3% credit card fee until we showed up to pay deductible. We didn't see sign on door because we were dropping jeep at parts - not service. If we had known, we would have brought cash (we don't carry $1500 around as a matter of course). VERY disappointed.

Worst place ever multiple issues with them and they
