Miguel is the BEST in the business!

Miguel is the BEST in the business! He is 100% legit. If you're in the market for a Mercedes-Benz, look no further than Miguel. He took on the challenge of changing my perception of car salesmen-and he absolutely succeeded. He gained a customer for life. Everything he promised was delivered, and when I arrived to pick up the car, the process was smooth and seamless-no surprises. That is absolute gold in this business. You won't find anyone like him. A huge shoutout to Kaleb in finance as well--he impressed me with his genuine demeanor. Overall, a fantastic experience!

When they sold me the car, I was already disappointed

When they sold me the car, I was already disappointed that maintenance was not included, especially coming from Volvo, which covers all maintenance on a leased vehicle. They told me to prepay for the maintenance plan and assured me that I wouldn?t have to worry about anything at all. That turned out to be untrue. At my first service appointment, they told me that tire rotation and alignment were not included and would cost an additional $300. This feels misleading, cheap, and dishonest.

The experience was great but what made it really good was our salesperson Smilag. She listened to what we were looking for and ensured that she tried her best to get all of those things done. Not to mention she is very sweet

After many years, I decided to comeback to this

After many years, I decided to comeback to this dealership; but due my restricted possibilities, I had low hopes they could meet my budget. Surprisingly, without any kind of pressure, with a lot of empathy, and with a huge commitment trying to help me and trying their best to find and design a deal that I could accept, I was able to get my new car. Kudos to all the team that helped me (especially to Winsley Cadet, Miguel Carou, and Robert Montoya)... They won back my (and my family) heart and loyalty with great professionalism, empathy, commitment, and commitment to help!

The dealership is amazing.

The dealership is amazing. Very clean. I felt extremely welcome. The attention is great and the service too. The sales person listened to me and not only met my expectations but surpassed them giving me a grat price. The person in the finance dept. Was also very nice and helpful.
