They made my buying experience fast, easy, and fun!! I got exactly what I wanted! Ethan Johnson was great and prompt with everything to make the deal work and Brittany was great on the signing and documents back end great team keep it up!!

Ethan did a great job at communicating about my vehicle

Ethan did a great job at communicating about my vehicle purchase, and it was all done in a timely manner. I knew exactly what I wanted and he was able to get it done. I appreciated that he was very personable, and I did not feel like I was getting scammed into something I didn’t want. Even after the purchase, he was willing to communicate with me about any other questions and concerns I had, which is not something you hear from a salesperson often. I would highly recommend asking for Ethan when coming to Hampton.

Took advantage of 2 disabled old women that didn’t know

Took advantage of 2 disabled old women that didn’t know better than to trust a car salesman owe 11,000 on a car that’s been trouble and only worth 4500!messed up the paint job on one side after a “butler”service but said it wasn’t them.its been one thing after another.Staff isn’t friendly I guess because it’s not a Toyota or not worth much.finance put things into warranty that didn’t need to

The dealership itself is fine.

The dealership itself is fine. my salesman, Roger not so much. He had no answers to my questions and made no effort to find the answers. most of my questions were answered by the fiance lady. Roger was just trying to get a sale without putting in the work. I should have asked for another sales person.
