What a pleasant surprise to come to Ferman BMW to have two tires replaced and all windshield wipers replaced and see Natalie Swain at the service counter. Natalie had been our service advisor at Bert Smith from the mid 1990's when we bought our first BMW, a 1994 325 convertible until 2007 when we purchased a 2007 335 at Ferman. She'll be a fantastic addition. From now on we'll be taking our 2018 X-1 to Ferman just because of her.
