Took over 5+ hours for oil change and software update. App tracker didn?t work. Still need to come back for more parts for safety recall.

Their Service Department is excellent - courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. In two years I have never had a problem, always able to make appointments right away. I highly recommend it.

I feel my car is in great shape after this maintenance visit. The waiting area is comfortable with coffee available. I like watching all the mechanics do their jobs.

I had a great overall experience at this location, mainly thanks to Ariana Kuh. She was fantastic?very professional, no pressure at all, and she even helped apply discounts I found on their website. That level of service really stood out. For any future visits, I would prefer to work directly with her again. The facility itself was clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with the technicians. The service seemed to take longer than expected, and I noticed some of the techs spending time on their phones and sharing content with each other, which didn?t leave the best impression. I also observed something that concerned me: the technician working on my vehicle used a drill with a bit to open a container of fluid before pouring it into my car. That raised a red flag for me, as debris from the drill or cap could potentially contaminate the fluid. For reference, I had an oil change, coolant flush, and transmission flush done. I continue to use the dealership mainly for proper fluid disposal and to maintain my powertrain warranty. Aside from those concerns, the experience was positive overall, and I appreciate the professionalism shown by Ariana and the front-end staff.

We drove down from Asheville to shop at this dealership and it was worth the drive. Everyone on the team was professional, courteous, and genuinely interested in meeting our needs. Shout out to Akhmed, our sales person, for his professionalism and responsiveness. I would highly recommend the dealership to anyone considering a Hyundai.
