I had a great overall experience at this location, mainly thanks to Ariana Kuh. She was fantastic?very professional, no pressure at all, and she even helped apply discounts I found on their website. That level of service really stood out. For any future visits, I would prefer to work directly with her again. The facility itself was clean, and the rest of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The only issue I experienced was with the technicians. The service seemed to take longer than expected, and I noticed some of the techs spending time on their phones and sharing content with each other, which didn?t leave the best impression. I also observed something that concerned me: the technician working on my vehicle used a drill with a bit to open a container of fluid before pouring it into my car. That raised a red flag for me, as debris from the drill or cap could potentially contaminate the fluid. For reference, I had an oil change, coolant flush, and transmission flush done. I continue to use the dealership mainly for proper fluid disposal and to maintain my powertrain warranty. Aside from those concerns, the experience was positive overall, and I appreciate the professionalism shown by Ariana and the front-end staff.
