I spent most of a day communicating with this dealership about a vehicle they had on their website. I set an appointment to go down and see the vehicle and test drive it. I was ready to purchase the vehicle, but when I arrived, the salesperson I had been communicating with wasn't available to see me. Shortly after being there, I was told the car was no longer there and I was asked about buying a different car. The old bait and switch. This was the worst dealer I have ever encountered. I have never experienced a lack of professionalism like that in 40 plus years of driving. I would not recommend anything about this dealership or anyone working there. As a matter of fact, I was texted the next day with a quote on a different vehicle to "make up" for the issue I encountered with them. My response was "If you offered to give me a new SEL, I would not trust you and your dealership enough to drive back down there to get it." Absolutely terrible dealer experience.

I had an appointment and it took them 3 hours to change (not flush) the transmission fluid. I understand letting to car cool down before working on it but 3 hours? And during those 3 hours I was asked 5 times if I wanted to trade my car in. I just wanted to get my car maintenance done in a timely manner.

My only complaint was the temperature of the waiting area. It was freezing. Tell people to bring a sweater when they make their appointment. Or have sweatshirts available.

Was hoping to find an honest and capable service dept and dealership. Only because time was the main consideration, I did not have the luxury of comparison pricing. Huge mistake! After the fact I found out how much more I was charged than should have been. Someone called a day or so after the work was done inquiring about my experience. After listening(or not) he said he would look into it. I’m not expecting to hear from anyone. Steve M
