Ron Chwalek

Ron was extremely helpful and quick. He repaired my windshield wiper and checked to see that everything was in order. If this was my old car dealer it would have been hours of waiting. Ron got the job done in minutes. Excellent.

Great Service!

The Service department was a pleasure to deal with. I needed wiper blades for my Mercedes. It was a quick and easy process where I was well guided by Rob Chwalek. He took me over to the Parts department for the purchase and installed it for me and even topped up the washer fluid at no additional cost. He patiently answered all my queries around the upcoming service. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

Tyre pressure was low

Horrible service

Horrible experience. Have 2017b GLE AMG with 27K miles. Dealer wants $1300 for breaks repair. It means rotors and pads. Not even single light warning about breaks came on

Quick and easy service to replace a headlight

Today Ron Chealek and Tech Tony Araujo provided excellent customer service by quickly replacing a burned out headlight on my GLK 350. Ron was very pleasent to work with and Tony got me back on the road quick. Very pleased as always with New Country attention to the customer.
