New Country Motor Cars

This is the worst car buying experience I have ever had and THE WORST car dealership I've ever had to deal with. Besides the fact they CON me into getting into a very bad deal, ie, they sold me a defect product and refused to take account of the issues, they have THE WORST customer service ever. I am not sure what the basis of their bias was, but the bias was so obvious. Is it my color? Is it my social class? Not sure. Maybe they expected me to just take the defect product and not say a word, but they just started to be rude to me for not apparent reason when I tried to have them repair the car that I had just bought from them 2 days ago. Besides, they never answer their phone and they NEVER call you back. Also, if they ask you to pay out of your pocket for a rental, they will try NOT to refund you.

Can't say enough about the best service rep I've ever encountered. Ron Chwalek at New Country is always accommodating, always personable and quick at handling anything I've requested.

I had some issues that needed to be addressed and was helped out by Ron Chwalek and tech Steve Halpin. They were able to resolve my issues and give me peace of mind. They are both really great and personable guys, It is a pleasure to come to this dealership when they have this superior service. Thank you for your dedication to customers.

Another great experience at New Country. Fast and friendly. I was in and out in 15 minutes thanks to Ron. Had a chance to enjoy a snack and a club soda which was nice! This place gets it!

Had a last minute issue with head light, no appt., Ron Chwalek, who is ALWAYS prepared to handle details, immediately took care of my problem and I was on my way very quickly! Ron is the BEST!
