Went to Dorian Ford today for an oil change and the service was awesome. Connie who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She reminded me about a $20.00 rebate (which I almost forgot about) She helped me set it up because I’m not real savvy about doing that stuff. She took her time and explained things to me. I’ve always had good luck with Dorian Ford. That’s why I keep coming back. I’ve leased cars from them for years. But I do want to mention that I am very disappointed that they are no longer making the Edge . That was my favorite car, and I hope Connie doesn’t retire or leave anytime soon because I really like her ! I’d give her 5 stars!
