Went to Dorian Ford today for an oil change and the
Went to Dorian Ford today for an oil change and the service was awesome. Connie who helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. She reminded me about a $20.00 rebate (which I almost forgot about) She helped me set it up because I’m not real savvy about doing that stuff. She took her time and explained things to me. I’ve always had good luck with Dorian Ford. That’s why I keep coming back. I’ve leased cars from them for years. But I do want to mention that I am very disappointed that they are no longer making the Edge . That was my favorite car, and I hope Connie doesn’t retire or leave anytime soon because I really like her ! I’d give her 5 stars!

Drove an hour and a half to come see Kevin and look at an
Drove an hour and a half to come see Kevin and look at an F150 on the lot for over a month. Test drove it, nice truck. Went back in to try to make a deal, was told that they could send it to auction and earn more than they could selling it to me at the listed price. Far stretch from being told he could make a deal on the phone. Highly disappointed, no wonder there are six salesman sitting around the showroom with nothing to do. To the next dealership, I go, don’t waste your time here, folks.
