Most amazing and professional salesman I have ever worked with. He communicated quickly and most importantly was very patient from the moment we arrived until the moment we drove off of the lot with our new vehicle. The dealership was already closed and Michael still took the time to show us all the features and set me up with my new Lexus app. Michael went above and beyond my husband’s and my expectations and we wish to conduct business with Northside Lexus in the future.

There was a 3 - 6 months wait with other dealerships on
There was a 3 - 6 months wait with other dealerships on the Lexus RX 350h. Northside had one in transit when we called and Austin reserved the car for us after making a deposit. The entire process went smoothly…from reservation to closing the deal. The car actually arrived a week sooner.
