Rex did a fantastic job!

Rex did a fantastic job! I traded in my Porsche and he made that component seamless. He was very efficient on the new car process with excellent planning and execution! Marcus was great too. He worked with me on the policy follow-ons to get me what I needed at the right price.

Good courteous service.

Good courteous service. I’m an out of town buyer. Ordered the vehicle in 2023 and was told it would be available in February 2024 which was fine. Car was ready in January and was told I could not wait to pick it up in February. Had to alter my plans so as to pick it up in January which was a big inconvenience for me.

First salesman would not call with updates, I would have

First salesman would not call with updates, I would have to call to get updates. Second salesmen would not work with me on Morgan Stanley - Lexus $750 certificate, so was out $750.
