Overall was ok.
Overall was ok.. however the process was rushed. I appreciate getting in and out quickly, but it was clear everyone was too busy to spend much time with us from the beginning all the way up to the time we drive off the lot. The tech setup in the end was extremely rushed as he indicated he only had 20 minutes which was unfortunate.. Josh was informative and to the point with information. As for the dealership as a whole, this is our first Lexus purchase and expected a bit more time rather than being rushed in and out.
