Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Doug made everything easy by obtaining information as to what we preferred and showing us the cars that fit our criteria. We found the perfect car with his expertise. We purchased our GX 460 Luxury and drove it home and we were at the dealership for only about two hours. The experience was amazing.

I am on my 5 or 6th car with Northside Lexus but to be honest I have lost count! If you want exceptional service from customer friendly staff, please visit Northside Lexus! I have NEVER been disappointed….not one time! Everyone in the facility is awesome but my “go to team” is Tyler Stephens and Herb Mills! These men are exceptional and truly make you feel like family! This duo can truly make your dreams come true!! I personally believe they are second to none! If you run into problems or have difficulties, which I doubt; especially dealing with the staff at Northside, you won’t be able to find a better manager to assist than Tim Karmout!! He is the most kind, friendly, transparent, attentive and professional manager I have ever encountered in the car business! I know this sounds too good to be true but visit them and let me know how it works for you!!
