So, took my car in for 10,000 service and it was terrible
So, took my car in for 10,000 service and it was terrible it took 4 hours. My rear kick sensor only works 15 % of the time; they told me it showed normal. My miles to empty says zero when I have 3 gallons left; they told me it was normal and they could not adjust it to correct it. So they go to wash my car at the finish and they said the battery died and they would replace it under warranty; the car is a little over a year old. There status app doesn't work and no one told me why the oil and filter change and tire rotation was taking so long. Be wary of service at this dealer; very, very slow

His patience and professionalism made our leasing experience wonderful! as a quick aside the maintance area was something we never expected-spotless!! Our finance manager Clayton Lewis was exceptional. Again-professional and through and very patient with us We love Northside Lexus!!!!!!!!!!!!!
