A first time Lexus customer and I didn’t go away disappointed. John was extremely professional and knowledgeable! At no time did I feel the usual “sales pressure” and “talk down” that many salesmen try with a lone female. I was impressed with everyone including the guy that greeted me at the door and helped direct me to John’s office.
