Erica made the whole experience pain free with excellent communication and service orientation. She answered all of our questions and went over the features of our new Lexus before we left. As someone who doesn’t like the car buying process, I left happy and confident with my new car.

While Mr Shotwell made purchasing a Lexus a positive experience, we can’t say the same for Ms Nguyen. Even though Ms Nguyen was aware we were waiting for her, she never acknowledged us or come by to give us a timeline until the end on the transaction.

Went to this dealer twice to look at SUVs.

Went to this dealer twice to look at SUVs. Could not get helped. The last time the lady in the front called four sales people and all of them were least bit interested in helping. Drove over a hour one way to just turn around and go home. Will not be buying anything with Lexus name on it. Probably shows how the service department is also.
