I had a great experience at Northside Lexus. John worked with me to make sure I got a great deal on my new Lexus. He also was able to give me a fair deal for my trade in. Marcus in the finance department was also super helpful. I was in a bit of a rush and everyone made sure the deal was done in a timely manner.

I had a very bad vibe from Westside and did not feel like
I had a very bad vibe from Westside and did not feel like they cared about me. It felt like they just wanted to make some money off me. I guess they don't realize that customer experience means a lot. My experience at Northside was extremely pleasant because I felt like they wanted to EARN my business. Earning business can come in different forms and is different for each person. Westside did nothing to make me feel like I could trust them, where Northside did. When I told my sales rep for Westside we decided to accept a car from Northside and how well we were taken care of....."Wow" was the only thing he texted back. As a customer, I took that as great sign that that I did not do business with them.

Joshua Keough is absolutely amazing and made my
Joshua Keough is absolutely amazing and made my experience very easy and pleasant. I came in for a service appt and was assisted by Micheal Guan who was excellent with great customer service. While waiting, I wanted to ask a few questions about the upcoming ending of the lease on my RC 300. I met with Joshua, and not only did he help me find my next vehicle, but I drove it off the lot the same day! He was very friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward and I appreciate all that he done to help me. He will forever be my go-to guy when I am ready for something new!!! Clayton Lewis in finance was amazing as well and explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions I truly had an amazing experience and would definitely recommend Northside Lexus to anyone. I will continue to come back here for years to come! Thank you so much to everyone I appreciate all of you!
