Randy Covert is an amazing sales associate! All phases of the buying process were smooth with Randy. Communication before and after has been great. Northside could have checked over and prepared the preowned Jeep I purchased with more attention to detail. It was clean, but paint chips were numerous and obvious. The engine was overfilled with oil by 1 quart. Paint chips were repaired 1 week later, no charge. Overall fine experience.
