Nathan did a fine job and worked with us where your competitors didn't really make any effort to do that. After owning a Lexus for 20+ years you'd think that would matter but I guess it doesn't in these times. It's not Northside's fault but this is the last Lexus we'll ever purchase.

Good experience purchasing our Lexus from salesperson to finance person. Definitely would recommend Lexus and Northside Lexus. Rated as 5 stars only because there wasn't a higher rating. We went from Lexus to BMW to Mercedes but came back home to Lexus because of the reliability and the people who work there.

Our visit to Northside Lexus was a great experience. The dealership was immaculately clean & orderly. Immediately, when we entered, we were greeted by the receptionist, then one of the smoothest gentlemen ever, Mr. Needham Shotwell, took over. After being offered a beverage, we were escorted to his office. He was as personable as he was professional. His follow-up call & genuine concern for our satisfaction with the information he provided the previous evening was very impressive & helped us to make the decision to purchase our vehicle from the Northside Lexus dealership.
