Don was excellent and attentive.
Don was excellent and attentive. I didn’t like finance department too much. After I decided to go with the purchasing option instead of leasing, I saw the guy’s attitude changed and it became a bit uncomfortable. I thought about walking out or ask for a different finance guy.

This is my 5th Lexus from this dealership. I don’t live near this dealership but I come because of the service. My salesman Mr Washington was excellent. He worked with me until I received the payment that I wanted. I appreciate the fact that he didn’t allow me to settle.
