So 2 days later I called and a lady transferred me to an out of state sales rep...After being transferred 2 times I got to someone's vm. I left a message and no one called me back. Bad customer service. Dealer must have plenty of business not to call a customer back. ...

I came to 21 Century Auto to look for a BMW. As soon as I parked the car I was greeted outside by a representative named Igor. This dealership is amazing. Welcoming with tons of great quality cars and wonderful people that are true and honest. While I was there I also spoke with Dima who was ready to answer any and all of my questions in regards to a BMW I was looking to purchase. The car was exactly as described online and over the phone. CLEAN CARFAX and for a pure gem of a vehicle. Dima and Igor were able to work with me and came to a great price that nobody in the area were able to come anywhere near. I currently own the BMW that I was dreaming to own and without a doubt; enjoying every last minute of it. Called to ask about a vehicle, got some garbage about "don't negotiate" over the phone when the questions were simple. Decided the 2 hour drive wasn't worth it and expected the hard sell in person type dealership.

I had been searching for a car for a couple of months and was trying to find the best deal out there that would make me happy and my wallet happy. I was on my way to my parents house and saw 21st Century Auto Group so I decided what the heck let me stop in. I was greeted right away by a salesman and the receptionist, they were very nice and professional. I asked the salesman to give me a few minutes to browse their inventory for it was my first time here. The gentleman said no problem and walked away. I browsed their very large inventory and was surprised on how many different cars they had and how clean they were. I narrowed my search down to 3 cars I really liked. I found the gentleman who had first said hello to me and asked him to help me and he said it would be his pleasure. I test drove all 3 cars and the salesman explained all the cars to me in detail and was very thorough which I really liked. I finally chose the car I liked, which was an Infiniti, and now was prepared to hear that it wouldn't fit my budget, boy was I wrong. After explaining to the salesman exactly what my budget was and how much I was willing to put down he assured me that he would work with the finance manager and do everything in his power to get my payments exactly where I wanted them. After about an hour or so of going back and forth with the finance manager and my fiancé on my cell phone, we came to the perfect agreement. I picked up my car the following day, it was sparkling and better than when I saw it the day before. I CAN NOT express how amazing everyone was at the dealership and how happy I am that everything went so smoothly. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a beautiful car no matter what make it is, they have a huge selection to choose from.
