THE WORST DEALER IN NEW JERSEY, PLEASE DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE , THEY ARE RIP OFF, TAKE ALL THE MONEY IF YOU DONT BUY THE CAR THEY WILL SCREW YOUR CREDIT SCORE BY LOOKING UP YOUR SCORE THRU YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY MANY TIME BECUASE I WENT TO BUY CAR FROM A DIFFERENT DEALER, WHEN HE CHECKED MY SCORE IT WAS LOW I ASKED WHY LAST WEAK IT WAS HIGH, HE CHECKED AND STATED THAT YOUR CREDIT SCORE WAS LOOKED MANY TIMES, THIS ONLY SHOWS RT22 AUTO. THEY AGREED THE PRICE AND WENT TO FINANCE MR. BOYCE HE JACKED UP THE PRICE FOR $2000 MORE, THE SAME TIME WE SAW OTHER TWO CUSTOMERS SAYING THE SAME AND NOBODY BOUGHT THE CAR. DONT WASTE TIME.....

I recently purchased 2011 Infiniti M sedan. I had the most wonderful experience, with pleasant customer service and respect shown by all staff. I had the pleasure of having Johan Diaz as my salesman. I was treated very well throughout the entire purchase process . Mr Diaz displayed the utmost courtesy, professionalism and respect. I also admired his honesty and trust, which made my buying experience both smooth and satisfying. 21 Century auto group is an excellent dealership that I will highly recommend.

I bought a used BMW x6 from 21 century auto group and could not be happier. I was able to get a good value from my trade. I walked in the door and was warmly greeted immediately by a salesperson named Joseph. I didn't have an appointment but he was available to work with me that day. We walked the showroom and the lot. Needless to say he was knowledgable on the vehicles and steered me In the right dorection. He didn't try to sell me the most expensive car and he actually steered me away from cars that would not have been the best one. I got to test drive the vehicle without Joseph actually in the car with me. That was a first. I honestly fell in love with the vehicle. After some good negotiating I even got a good price on it as well. I would definitely recommend using this dealership. Please talk to Joseph if you do go. My best advice is to go on a day they are not busy early in the week is the day I went.

I already had in mind the vehicle I wanted to see because it was listed on line. When my wife and I arrived at 21st Century Auto group we started looking around and found the Mercedes ML450 I was interested in. As we looked, we were approached by sales person, who introduced himself and opened the car for further inspection. I was impressed with the friendly and unassuming demeanor of Igor. We not only looked at the ML450 but as other cars caught my eye, we checked out those as well. To make long story short, I chose the car I originally wanted to see and purchased it. I was pleasantly surprised that all purchasing process went as quickly as it did. Finances, warrantee, credit and related issues along with all questions and concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with the process, but especially pleased with the owner - Dmitry Zeldin. I would definitely recommend 21st Century Auto group to any auto buyer and suggest them as specifically for.

We planned to buy a Toyota 4runner but after we stop at 21st Century Auto Group we decide to buy Mercedes Benz GL450. The dealer was very nice and we especially like the salesman named Joseph. He was very personable and easy to talk with. Not your typical salesman type. With his help he made our buying experience at 21st a memorable one. The dealership has a large inventory of vehicles and the financial group will help you to find the number you want to pay. I would definitely recommend 21st Century Auto Group for anyone looking to purchase a high end vehicle. Great selection and compatible prices. Most importantly though, amazing customer service! The people there will make you feel like you are a friend. Help you with all of your concerns and questions. Went to 21st Century Auto Group on 5/26/2014 to find a vehicle. I was somewhat reluctant as I had heard some not so good things about this dealership. Upon parking we were immediately greeted by Rafael. He was very friendly and eagerly showed us what we were looking for. My husband and I were interested in a Mercedes Benz ML350. I was unsure if we would be able to work out the details accordingly. Rafael went above and beyond to work out every detail to our approval. Needless to say I left the dealership extremely pleased and with the car I wanted. It was a pleasure to work with Rafael. He turned around any negative thoughts I had about 21st Century Auto Group. I would definitely recommend asking for Rafael if you are visiting this dealership. I hope to work with him again in the near future.

A couple of weeks ago I purchased from that dealership a pre-owned 2011 BMW X5 . The price for the car was very reasonable. I was really happy I could find a good deal! My overall experience of buying a car at 21st Century Auto Group was great! All the employees were polite, professional and friendly. In 3 years I have yet to be disappointed with 21 Century auto group. The purchase was professional and easy, customer service is always top notch, and service has been great. I have recently had several "goofy" items with my car and Otto's has been extremely diligent with their diagnosis and repair. I would recommend this dealership for their professionalism, quality and service! O and ask for Diego he is great!!

SCAMMERS! I wanted to buy a bmw750 so I called from ohio. I got told they don't negotiate or sell a car on the phone, so I send over a friend from NY. he called them to set a appointment - and got told he can come and review the car. a hour later he was there and the sales guy showed a different car. he told them to show him the car he asked for, they told him the car is in a different lot but he maybe want to by the other car. he denied and said he will wait till the car is here - or he want to drive to the other lot. after this, they told him the car is already sold and why he not want to buy the other (more expensive, less equped and more miles) car. SCAM!
