Excellent experience

Bonnie was an excellent sales person. Very professional with no pressure. She made sure all the things she told us were accurate and delivered on every item. I have already recommended her and Harper to friend looking for a car.

Very Efficient, no wasted motion

Interaction with the service department is always a pleasant experience. You generally work with the same person from registering-in, communication about what service needs, updates to paying the bill. This makes it all very efficient, no wasted motion.

Harper Acura Great Experience

Bonnie at Harper Acura made our car buying experience enjoyable and stressless. I know, can't believe I used those adjectives to describe a car buying experience. It's the truth, from our introduction until my wife and I decided on our purchase we never experienced any sale pressure. Looking for a used BMW in Knoxville Tennessee and

I had looked for a BMW in Asheville where I live but I just couldn't find one I was satisfied would last me and would fit my budget. I saw the one I bought and I knew it was for me. Everything fell in place and Jarrod was so helpful and knowledgeable. He navigated everything and I was totally impressed and satisfied with Harper Acura. The best car dealership ever!!

My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Harper Acura and we've had such a great experience with not only the purchases but also the service department. Our sales person Adam Tipton was the best and I would highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to see him. He understood all our needs and there was absolutely no pressure. The service department (especially Steven) is outstanding with all their staff and waiting room is very comfortable. We most likely will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else!!

Very professional staff, informed and up to date!
