Best Acura dealer we've had in TN. Service staff were professional, courteous and efficient, esp service writer Stephen. They took excellent care of us and our MDX.

Great Customer Service

I was buying my daughter her first car. Our sales lady Bonnie Hux was amazing!!! Bonnie made sure that everything was taken care of before the sale and even helped us with a minor issue after the sale. Even though I bought a used Toyota, Harper Acura was a great place to do businesses.

I went to a car shopping at Harper Acura last Friday to look for a new vehicle. I was greeted by Jarred Henson, who made me feel comfortable at the showroom and he showed me around and guided me through the car I was looking for. I must say that, this was my best car shopping experience ever. Jarred was very informative and he was answering all my questions patiently. He delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I had a great experience with Jarred. He did his job without pressure. No back and forth nonsense like most dealerships. Once the deal was made, I was out of there driving home. That has never happened either. Will be sure to look there for my next vehicle. Thanks for the great service! I would recommend everyone to buy from this dealership Harper Acura!!! Thanks again for my new vehicle Jarred, you’re the best!!!

You will never find a better place. Everyone deals with you on both a personal and professional level. They care for your car like it’s their own. If you call to schedule service and person named Courtney answers the phone you’re all set for success! She’s incredible! Richard and his entire team are A+! There’s not a bad Apple in the entire basket!

Great customer service!

Great customer service! He explained what needed to be done. Also gave an accurate quote. It ended up being a little less than the actual quote. They also take care of the little things!!
