I was having a trailer hitch put on my new Acura MDX,Mark...

I was having a trailer hitch put on my new Acura MDX,Mark Cauthan,my salesman,set the appointment up.The dealership got me in on time and had a loaner ready when I arrived.They delivered the vehicle to me later that day and picked up the loaner.The work done at Harper Acura was done well and whole experience was seamless.

Best car buying experience!

I have bought several cars, new and used, and have never been more impressed with a salesman, finance manager, and overall dealership. I spoke with Ricky Loy and Dean LaRue regarding a car I was very interested in, worked the deal over the phone, and finalized my trade in a matter of hours. I had a two hour trip to trade vehicles and they made sure everything was smooth and complete before I arrived at the dealership. The car was spotless and in immaculate condition. I could not have asked for a better car buying experience and would be more than happy to do business with them in the future.

Great so far! Can?t rate service yet but I leased a car thru Harper Acura Previously and the service was great and not overly expensive. I?ll rate my current experience at a later date.

First service trip with my new MDX. I have had wonderful experiences from the sale with Ed Langston to car washes. My MDX 2020 is awesome. I hate dealing with buying a car and after 12 years I bit the bullet and worked with Ed. He made it a enjoyable experience to purchase a car. I would recommend Ed to anyone.
