2014 BMW 528i

I located the 2014 BMW online. My first call I made I spoke with Billy. He answered all my questions I had by phone. Billy also answered all other questions I had by text, even after the dealership was closed. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great deal and salesman!

Purchase a used MDZ

What a great experience!

Thank you Billy Morton for one if the best car buying experiences we have ever had ...and .... Without any pressure! We really are going to love our Acura MDX . You were so informative and helpful from the test drive till the last paper was signed. ( which was the Fastest deal we have ever done). I loved the fact that this dealership has No doc fees and absolutely NO hidden charges. It is what they tell you it is. And then to give the lifetime power train warranty on top of everything else ..wow! We left feeling like we really did get a great car and a great deal!!!

Harper Acura - Knoxville

Harper's sales staff and auto prep team was extremely knowledgable and helpful in the process to buy my new RDX. Harpers use a straight forward process to purchase the RDX based on data from Acura and the Internet (no negotiation or having to check with boss).

Super Service

Billy did a great job helping me work through my RDX questions, test Drive, and aligning to the purchase. The finance team had all my paperwork ready when I arrived making my checkout very efficient (20 minutes). The service group had my trailer hitch ready as planned. Great job Harper's and Billy.

Great Service, Always!!

The folks at Harper treat customers like family. I recently took my TSX in for new tires and oil change. They gave me a loaner MDX (wow!) to drive while they performed the service. I consistently receive excellent, professional service at Harper!

From a simple oil change to a major service or anot unscheduled repair, Harper treats you with respect and ultimate professionalism. I will not take my Acura anywhere else.
