Great Experience!
We were approaching the end of our lease and my wife and I had been discussing out options. The next day, I just so happened that we received an email from Mark Cauthen about an offerer for existing leases. Mark answered all my questions regarding lease or purchase options over the phone. We made our first visit to the dealership two days later and loved the 2016 MDX.. A great luxury vehicle that runs and handles like a badass sports car! To make a long story short, we drove out with a new MDX with more features than our old car for the same payment. Just traded keys. O yea, they will also be giving us a check for 800.00 due to a software glitch. Easy as that....a great experience!

Great communication!
I went in for a routine oil change, and mentioned another problem. The service department was able to diagnose and complete my repair in a timely manner. Ray kept me informed about the repairs, and the time involved. A loaner car was available, and the day went great. I highly recommend Harper's service department.

New car buying experience.
My wife and I were looking at buying a new vehicle. We decided to look at the Acura. We had never owned one before but we do now. Billy Morton,our sales person did a great job in explaining everything about the car. Very patient with us. Score 1 for Harper Acura 0 for Lexus. Very happy we stopped by Harper.

Excellent 1st time experience!!
I had always heard stories of people with terrible car buying experiences where the sales reps bombarded you and were very aggressive which made me a little nervous about beginning the process of buying my first car. This however was far from the case in dealing with Billy at Harper Acura! He was very informative and helpful but never pushy! Since I was a first time car buyer I had lots of questions and he was very patient with me during the several days I worked with him until I decided exactly what car I wanted to purchase. He strived to ensure I was well educated and understood all my options which I really appreciated and did not rush me or push me before I was ready. Even after the purchase the follow through has been amazing! It was truly an excellent car buying experience!!
