Great, Quick Experience

Ridiculously amazing experience!

We began our long, rigorous journey of finding a good, used, affordable, dependable vehicle after we lost our previous one to water damage within the engine. We spent hours on the internet searching, organizing, and making a list of the ones we wanted to check out. Day 1: the entire day spent at a dealership (we won't mention the name), which turned out to be a waste. Day 2: continued to spend hours upon hours searching online. Day 3: we stopped at 3 car lots, test drove some vehicles, and made a 'list' of possibles. We then drive to Harper to check out a Toyota RAV4, which I originally had no interest in, but my wife insisted. Long story short, if we would have started here we could have saved so much time and energy. The entire experience, from the time we walked in until the time we drove off in our newly owned Toyota, was the most relaxed, hassle free, consumer oriented, hassle free experience we have ever had. Billy Morton, our sales guy, was amazing and did anything he could to help us out with our needs. From now on, this will be our first stop when searching for a future new/used vehicle!

Oustanding overall experience

Pleasant, low pressure car buying experience. Also the staff at Harper are very knowledgable and easy to work with. I have bought a lot of cars, this was my best experience yet.

Superb Car buying experience

This was an amazing experience n buying a new car. The dealer was able to find the car we wanted and when we came to pick up the car everything was ready. The features were explained well and demonstrated. Billy Morton was very knowledgeable on the technology and provided significant hints on how to use most of the features. Of the 8 cars I have bought in the past this has been the best. I would definitely buy other cars from Harper!!

Stellar experience!

Great experience at Harper start to finish! Extremely pleased with salesman, Mark Cauthen - thorough, knowledgeable and personable. Even went extra mile after explaining features, to come to our home to set up garage door and openers.

Great experience

I purchased my 2015 RDX from Joey Tipton. Yesterday, I took it in for service and talked with Brad Laura. I have also talked by phone with Richard Tompa. All three provide great customer service. It is obvious that taking care of the customer is stressed at every level at Harper. I can't imagine better service any where else.

Genuine

Harper Acura is an exceptional dealership! I purchased a 2016 RDX in July of 2015. The salesman was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, and he did not pressure me at any point in my decision-making. Recently, I scheduled my first service appointment for routine maintenance. Every employee I dealt with was polite and accommodating. The service was performed in an efficient manner, and the waiting time was minimal. I love being a part of the Harper family!

Really knowledgable service

We worked with mark, and he was very knowledgable and patient. We were unsure if we were going to buy the car, and he let us test drive multiple models and was incredibly accommodating. We would recommend him to anyone.

Harper Acura Perrformance Review

What made our buying decisions easy and comfortable was the excellent performance and demeanor of Mark Cauthen...we purchased both an RDX and a MDX from Mark this year. Before retiring, I was a Regional Sales. Marketing & Technical manager in the High Tech industries so could appreciate Mark's ability to determine and qualify our needs, walk us thru the featurs and advantages of owning an Acura SUV and convert those features and advantages into benefits for us. There was no self centered or forceful behavior on Mark's part which would result in my wife and I taking a walk. We appreciated the fact that Tom Harper stopped by to say hello while purcasing our RDX. The handling of the closing in both cases was refreshing as compared to other dealerships. Ron Magnus
