Honest, friendly, no pressure
The sales rep we dealt with 99% of the time was Billy Morton. He is surely the person to ask for when you go to Harper's to purchase a new Car. He was very knowledgable and friendly and quick to answer the many questions we had about the car and the services at Harper's. We never felt pressured and we know we received the best deal around. We left very satisfied.

I've always taken my Acura MDX to Harper Acura for service. Their customer service is extraordinary. The service reception area is clean. I am always greeted by name and they pride themselves in taking great care of their customers. I will buy another new car at Harper Acura solely due to the service I have received!

Positive experience at Harper
Found Harper via the internet and liked their selection of previously owned Acuras. Talked with Joey Tipton on the phone before we got there and found him perfect to work with. Drove home that evening in a new-to-me previously owned Acura - the fifth Acura I have purchased. Excellent Experience

Fast Service
I took my Acura in for an oil change, Tire rotation and fluid top off. My car was returned to me washed and vacuumed in just over an hour. This is my second Acura and I have always found the service department very helpful. The service manager, Richard Tompa and the other employees I had contact with were all very friendly and helpful.

Harper Acura, Knoxville TN
I don't live in the Knoxville area but have been so frustrated by dealerships near me. It was well worth the drive when I traded my Honda for a new Acura. Mark was the associate that helped me and couldn't have been more helpful. Everything was exactly as represented when I arrived to pick up my Acura. He made sure I was familiar with the key features before I left the lot. The follow-up has been great as well. I highly recommend Harper Acura.
