And Yet Another wonderful experience

I took my 2014 MDX in because there was moisture inside one of my headlights. They replaced with no questions asked and as always everyone I dealt with went above and beyond. Always a great experience. Keep it up Harper Acura!

Express Oil Change

I decided to try the express oil change service. I arrived around 2:00, no appointment, and was back on the road by 3:00. Same excellent service we all expect and receive from Richard and his staff at Harper Acura. Thanks again, good job Kayla.

Friendly, professional staff

We were extremely pleased with our purchase and the Harper Acura staff. Our salesperson Billy was polite and friendly. After our purchase he went over the car's functions and how to use them. My husband and I went away with the feeling that we will be back in the future .I would definitely recommend Harper Acura.

2016 MDX Purchase Experience

My overall experience at Harper Acura was excellent. Mark Cauthen was very knowledgable about the vehicle and more than answered all my questions. I was also pleased with the speed of the process. I don't enjoy the negotiation process when having to buy a new vehicle and trade in my existing vehicle. However this time, with Harper Acura, it seemed to go very smoothly. Tom Pack also did an excellent job working with me to meet my needs. Thanks you all and I love my new MDX!

Another Great experience

Great Car Buyin Experience

We feel this has to be the best car buying experience we have had over the years. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to show us what WE were interested in. The process was top notch from start to finish. Being retired military we have dealt with car dealerships from New York to Florida to Texas and I can say, without hesitation, that this car buying experience was by far the best. From Mark Cauthen to Tom in finance the process was second to none. Your price for our purchase was better than other dealerships without even the usual "back and forth". Again, thanks to Mark, Tom and your team. You have definitely secured our future business.

Very positive buying experience

This was an out-of-state purchase, which I initiated online. Mark responded to my initial email. As we communicated and I compared vehicles, Mark answered my questions without pressing for the sale. It was a very favorable experience & I would recommend Mark as a sales associate and Harper as a dealership.

Fantastic team!

Mark and Tom were so helpful at Harper Acura. Mark helped us find the car we wanted, answered our many questions (very patiently), and did not pressure us at all. Tom was extremely patient with my husband and made the paying part as painless as possible! They made sure we knew the features of our new car, have called to check back on us and helped schedule a time to bring car back to add the additional features we want. Look forward to many years of dealing with them. Even met Mr. Harper!

Leased a new RDX from Harpers, Billy Morton was salesperson

Both Billy Morton and Tom were extremely friendly. Total experience in leasing the RDX was phenomenal. Never felt any pressure to make a decision. I would definitely go to Harpers for my next vehicle. Very happy.
