Even though I purchased a vehicle another dealership.
Even though I purchased a vehicle another dealership. They still provide the exceptional service to all Toyota owners. I had few minor problems they were able to fix it without hassle. Excellent customer service. And most definitely will continue to service my Tacoma here.

Took my Tacoma for service…within 40 minutes all were done…and very reasonable price. They use Toyota recommended parts and fluid…I have been using before and continue to do so…very cordial and honest.

Though I had a terrible experience at the service side of this dealership, the operations director reached out to me to discuss what had happened. I had explained in detail of the situation and he had made it right. It is still a bit sad that it has to get to the top of the chain to resolve a situation when the bottom of the chain could've made it an easy experience to begin with. Though the staff may need alot of training and communication with the customer to let them know exactly how much the service will be before they approve, it's good to know that they are at least being overlooked by someone who cares and can understand the customers perspective. Hopefully we don't come across another mishap in the future.

I have purchased many vehicles over the years and some experiences were better/worse than others. I always give credit where credit is due. I give a HUGE 2 thumbs up to Lonestar Toyota of Lewisville. Xavier Marmolejo in the sales dept helped me find my Toyota Sequoia Capstone today. He met all my needs and wants and was extremely friendly and professional. He aligned me in the finance dept with their finance director, Shawn Ogburn, who didn’t disappoint!! Shawn was fast, efficient, professional & friendly. A car purchase can be dreadful at times, but not when the dealership works in sync to get it all done… and fast. I Highly recommend anyone buying a vehicle to go there.
