Oil change service

No complaints , service was as expected. Have been using Oxendale at the Cottonwood location for my RAM service for 10 years, always had been reliable for me.

Great service.

Great service. I went directly to the service department for a run down battery. It was under warranty. So a trickle charge and I was good to go. I was advised by someone else to go to a non service dealer for a new battery. I had no expense versus the cost of a new battery and installation. Totally happy. Plus Barb, the service person showed me all my warranty information. I’m a happy camper.

So helpful and nice

They worked to get my parts which were on back order, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. The mechanic and front desk team were informative.
