I’d like to give a big shout out to Troy for being so helpful and addressing the issues with my car. He took the time to actually listen and understand the problem I was experiencing and was able to properly relay that to mechanics to solve the issue. I usually dread having to bring my car in for service but Troy made it a pleasant experience and I really appreciate the consistent communication and attitude he brought throughout the whole process.

Service advisors are very nice specially Armando Corella he answer all my questions about my car.

Wow! After a little of back and forth with a competing dealer, we contacted Horne to see if they could make the process much simpler and beat the deal we were going back and forth on with the other dealership. They definitely came through, making it so easy and pleasant to purchase the car. No haggling, just straightforward communication from a very pleasant team, who always made sure our questions were answered. Lio and Chad were always responsive and helped make it an easy decision where to buy the car. When we arrived, the car was ready and everyone was so kind and cheerful and congratulating us, making us feel even more welcome. Fast forward to the final paperwork process with Tory, which was quick and easy, without any of the typical pushy, anxiety inducing moments you get in finance. Since it was late on a Friday, the only thing I feel we missed out on was going over all the features inside the car and how to use them. The team at this dealership really delivered during the sales process.
