John Naderi and his manager are very nice and patient and they provided excellent support throughout my purchasing process . I will definitely contact Auto Nation if I need to purchase another car in the future and will also recommend John Naderi to my other friends who will purchase new cars

Daniel the sales associate was great.

Daniel the sales associate was great. But I just read through our contract we signed 2 weeks ago and noticed that we overlooked that Elijah the finance guy had switched our original terms to a higher APR and longer payoff of 72 montly payments despite our request for a 60 month term and promotional Apr they advertised online simply to upsale us on their extras that we had already denied multiple times. We trusted his word on the original terms, unfortunately and didn't double check the terms before signing everything as we were on a time constraint. I'll take this as a learning experience to not trust any man on his word anymore and always double check and not rush. After speaking with Eric, the boss allegedly, We will be meeting with him today to arrange a refund on the extras we definately don't want anymore. I no longer recommend any business to this autonation irvine from this experience.

I really liked the sales guy we worked with DON.

I really liked the sales guy we worked with DON. We went to a bunch of dealers and I was tired of the kiss butt treatment followed by the let me over charge you $10,000 on “add on”. We paid full price for the car with taxes and fees. We didn’t try to get a deal because they didn’t try to sell us extra stuff. I was more than happy to pay for Quality. Our car was listed at KBB value as great condition price. Which it is a good used car but not great but we were willing to pay at the great price to avoid the whole “song and dance” game. Paying an extra here and there is worth it when you are being treatment with respect and not talked to like you don’t know anything. I just wish the paperwork would have been faster. It took 2-3hrs which I don’t blame them for. There was a cybersecurity breach that had happen so they had to be careful. Anyways we are happy overall and I’m glad I don’t have to stress about buying a car.
