I empathize with the technicians for the system being
I empathize with the technicians for the system being down, but it took an extreme amount of time for anything to be done. The last few experiences I had with the service center have left me leaving almost in tears for a variety of reasons. Simply being put I spend over $3000 at your service center, I would have expected the work I requested to be competed to have been done. Rather, I get my car back and the additional services the technician found were completed but not the one I requested.
