The worst sales, service, finance and customer service

The worst sales, service, finance and customer service ever! Don’t believe anything they say! The mess they create for you will take a lot of work to fix. Don’t trust anyone at this place.

Dont go in blind

I had a both good and bad experience with this dealership. Talking to the salesman on the phone was a pleasure but was not happy after that. Started on my first appointment between 11-12. When I arrived and checked in to the front desk they confirmed my appointment and had me wait, and wait and wait. Finally I asked where the car was located and told them I did not have a lot of time. I was told the car was kept out back with the other used cars. After walking around the whole lot, I returned to where another salesman told me it was up front waiting for me. I test drove the vehicle and discovered a few things wrong with it and then was told it had not been inspected since its trade in. I told them if the few things were fixed I would be interested. After waiting 3 days without a phone call, I called and they told me it would be ready by friday. I arrived with my trade in and test drove the vehicle again and everything seemed ok. Signed the papers and off I went. As I drove off the lot I noticed a small chip in the windshield and then another. I called the dealer and advised and sent them pictures. I was told to return with the vehicle the next day at 10 and they would look at it and take care of it. This is where it turns. The sales person who I made the appointment was not there. I then saw the finance person who then helped me. He brought me to the sales desk to talk to the manager, I believe. They said that they were aware of the cracks and had filled them. I showed him the vehicle and the cracks which he said one was filled but not the other. I was then handed over to who I believe was the service manager??? Any ways he pulled out reports and said the windshield was not cracked and showed me reports that it was signed off with no cracks or chips. Not sure when and how the chips occurred , but how did the reports show no damage but yet the sales manager knew about them and supposedly had them filled. When I told them that I did not want the car any more and only then did they decide to replace the windshield, well still waiting for the replacement. So if you are going to buy from this dealership, look deep into the car you are purchasing and expect to be passed around to different people and stay diligent

I recently purchased two Rav4s. Overall, my experience was good. However, during my second purchase, the financing staff was pushy about buying the maintenance service, which I did not like.
