Awesome experience from AutoNation-Irvine. I had put car shopping on hold for a long time, but my sales person, Natalie, made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. I also love that they offer fair haggle-free prices and a 5 day/250 miles test period. The managers Shawn and Ray go above and beyond to make the make sure the customer leaves happy. Thank you to Mark at the finance department for working overtime to complete the transaction. I would recommend this facility to my friends and family.

Chris Ward was friendly and made me feel like he had my best interests in mind. That said, financing has been a nightmare. I’ve been trying to cancel aftermarket products for a month and a half and the dealership still hasn’t processed the paperwork I signed over a month ago. Buyer beware!

The full team was very responsive. We reached out on Saturday, found what we wanted and bought by Tuesday. We were in and out in 2.5 hours. George, Lee and Mark were very attentive and knew we didn’t want to spend all day. Appreciated the quick and easy purchase.

Came here interested in a Rav 4 hybrid. The car is great and our salesperson Alex Ashari made the experience positive. He was really great to work worth and super knowledgeable about the vehicle. I will definitely recommend any friends looking for a Toyota to go see him. Great representation of the dealership. The facility was clean and very nice as well. The location was continently located and allowed for a good test drive on both surface streets and the freeway. The only negative was the standard pushy finance person selling a bunch of extra packages and warranties. The trade in process was easy too. Hoping to work with Alex on the next purchase.

I had been looking for a very specific vehicle which is difficult to find/get. My salesman, Andy V went to great lengths to find that vehicle and get it to the dealership so I could have it right away. I am very satisfied with the service and with Andy (he never made me feel like it was a hard sale, never pushing me into anything I didn't want).

Haney, was an absolute professional, answered our questions, and was very prompt and courteous in the way he treated this for the entire process!

Mark took very good care of me when i first talked to him on the phone. When i came in to get the tundra i wanted, he made sure that i was able to get the truck due to it being very popular.
