AutoNation Toyota Irvine

I have just bought my Corolla cross from autonation Toyota Irvine. I had put a $ hold on the very popular model that was coming to the dealership before leaving on a very long vacation. Sean Kionn did a wonderful job of keeping me informed of its arrival and holding it while I was gone. He went over all of the amazing features when I came to buy it. He came in on his day off to finalize the sale. I have been going to this dealership since I bought my 1999 pearl white 2 tone camery. Yes I still had that car at 180,000 miles until an accident. I’m so glad autonation is on the same lot. Thank you Sean and Toyota for making my next car purchase so easy. I’ll miss my 1999, but 2024 looks like a great year.

The finance team at Irvine Toyota is professional and kind. They are personable as well which makes the whole car-buying process more enjoyable (plus I got some great recommendations for local food to try :)). This is the 2nd car I've purchased from Irvine Toyota, I highly recommend them and would buy another car from them without hesitation!

My experience was phenomenal. Artie, Mark, Shawn and Abe were helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Abe who took me through my vehicle walk around. Learned a lot and appreciate the features on my car so much more. Would definitely refer my friends and family to AutoNation Irvine.

Mohamed Abdelwahab was an amazing communicator and thoughtful sales guy. He never made us feel pressured and at every question he had an answer waiting. He went over and above andI left excited to drive away in our new car.

The most horrible experience. The sale person showed me anything but the car I asked to see.after few attempts to put me in a large SUV, he passed me to another sale person. Finally I found the car I was looking for. The finance person tried to push plenty of extra stuff, speaking fast and unintelligible. Around 5:00 pm , after signing the papers, they pushed me out to door and forced me to drive out with the new car, although I did not have a driver to take my other car home. The next day the harassment began. Phone calls, messages and e-mail to return the car , stating that my loan did not close, asking me to return the car or it gets repossessed. This is unbelievable! Incompetence is the word !

Natasha assisted us with our service needs. She was absolutely amazing. She was in constant communication with us - She communicated with us each day to update us or to let us know she waiting on the insurance. She also followed up with the insurance agent to keep things moving. Natasha had phenomenal customer skills. It was a pleasure working with her. Lastly, she made the process so easy on us.

went to purchase a vehicle. was lied to every step of the way by the salesmen and the finance manager. was told I would get a certain price for things and when I went to finance they tried hiding a bunch of add-ons. they also lied to me about their "extended warranty". they claimed they would give me their platinum warranty for a certain price, but they didn't. Definitely don't go here if you have other options. my paperwork showed 5 miles on the car and I didn't notice the car actually had 100 miles at the time of sale. my paperwork shows that they couldn't manipulate our finance numbers based off if we chose to get extended warranties but they did did just that. gave me a better "interest rate" for adding a warranty (which unfortunately I didn't see in the paperwork) Salesman told me that the car had JBL premium audio, which it does not and on top of that the tires were filled above the max rating of the tire. the car calls for 30 psi and the tires were filled to 55psi. that's crazy and goes to show the care that they have for their vehicles before they make sales.

Been coming to Toyota of Irvine for years and they always provide exceptional service. Erick and Nayely were very professional and went out of their way to help us. We will definitely be coming again for our next car!
