Took car in for 10K mile service.
Took car in for 10K mile service. They found a screw in one of the tires. They told me the screw was in the "outer wall" and the tire was not repairable, and said it would be $164 for a new tire. I could see the screw was actually in the tread, not the sidewall, and the tire was not flat nor losing air. I declined the tire replacement and went to America's Tire. America's Tire repaired the tire for free.

I'm 75 years old.
I'm 75 years old. Safe to say that I've been around a few salesmen in my time. So, for what it's worth, I'd say without hesitation that Mohamed Abdelwahab is the BEST I've dealt with in my life. He works in California. I live in Texas. I called about a used car they'd advertised on a Sunday morning. He answered the phone before the dealership opened for business. He's always early. The next 8 days we had constant contact, he NEVER missed a call or appointment, was ever courteous, helpful and provided answers when needed. The following Monday I shook his hand as I drove off for my trip back to Texas. If you're in the market for a new or used car, Call and ask for Mohamed !!
