Went there for oil change without appointment they told me will more than one hour they send me text what my car need to do with video and the told me how much by text approved the work pay by the phone work done in hour and half

I arrived for my 35K check-up on my 2017 Prius Prime.

I arrived for my 35K check-up on my 2017 Prius Prime. After 2 hours, all had been checked for a minor charge as I was given discounts from mailed coupons. I was also told I need a new small battery. I had to leave for an appt, so I left but will return within the next two weeks for that appt. Sitting in the lounge is comfortable and there is free water. The popcorn was not so good! Sitting with my Service Advisor before the work begins and then signing and paying afterwards is always quick and efficient. I feel well cared for at this dealership. Gilbert even found an earring I lost under my driver's seat!

This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership.

This is my third vehicle purchase from this dealership. My second under it's current name. My experience has always been satisfactory. It is still a car purchase, of course, and requires going through the "process", but I feel that I was treated respectfully and fairly. My most recent purchase of a new vehicle required reserving one still at the factory. Again, the process was straightforward, although the wait was longer than expected. Mr. Robertson spent the necessary time to ensure I was getting the vehicle I wanted (I am an easy customer), and responded to my inquiries as to the delivery. The sales manager contacted me as well to ensure I no problems.

I went to get an oil change and replace two front tires.

I went to get an oil change and replace two front tires. Initially, the salesperson said they didn't have the tires in stock, but later called to say they did. After picking up my car, I noticed a noise coming from the right front tire. Upon inspection, I found that the two new tires had a very poor appearance with many rough edges and imperfections, not resembling genuine products. Additionally, there was excessive lubricant used during tire installation. I had to return to the dealership, and they confirmed a serious quality issue with the right tire. I was lucky not to experience a blowout on the highway. The dealership agreed to replace the right tire but refused to replace the other one. Furthermore, the new tire they provided, while the same brand, looked entirely different. I didn't feel safe using these subpar tires, so I had to replace left tire myself at Costco.
