Purchased a used vehicle two weeks ago and my experience

Purchased a used vehicle two weeks ago and my experience through the process was fantastic. I contacted Don Robertson via email and he provided me the details of the out the door price. Additionally, once I got to the dealership, the process was just as smooth and efficient. At finance, Alex Ashari was also extremely helpful and explained all of the options I had. Thank you such an efficient process.

Getting A New Car

I just bought a 2018 camry XSE v6 and it was one of the most smoothest transactions for buying a car ever it was quick and easy unlike those other dealers were you have to wait 4-5 hours with paperwork to be able to drive your new car off the lot. Not only that but they also cleaned the car very well before delivering it off to me as well as topping up the gas tank. I am going to be coming back here for my next car 200%

Total Scam

Got an estimate to repair head gasket for $6500 then Toyota Irvine refused to honor the estimate unless I pay $9000+ instead. In the process also damaged my car. The worst repair shop I have ever experienced. I have filed a complaint with Bureau of Automotive Repair, Better Business Bureau, Costco, and Yelp. I should have checked the review from Google and Yelp first!

Retrain some staff to understand customer service.

A bad experience with staff that are NOT customer ervice oriented . They are not helpful after sale! One member said you buy used car you get what you get(missing 2nd key). They did make any effort to find garage door opener left in the trade in. Smug answers....will not refer anyone there....

I purchased a 2021 VW ID.

I purchased a 2021 VW ID.4 from AutoNation Toyota Irvine because I found it on Cars.com The listed price was really good compared to other dealers. The best thing was, no sneaky fees or "add-ons" that can't be removed or any of that stuff. The only additional fees were what you would expect: sales tax, title fees, DMV fees. They were very transparent. Since I was purchasing this car from 2 hrs away, Andy took a full video of the exterior and interior of the car. He was also very responsive. He was out on the day I came in to actually buy the car, but Faten was also amazing. She made the process super-easy, I had a place to set up a remote office so I could keep working. The car was exactly what I had seen on the video, no surprises. Finally, Faten went above and beyond removing and re-installing the license plate holder from my trade-in to the car I bought. I also forgot to take off a car magnet that had sentimental value. I let Faten know and within an hour, she had found it and mailed it to me. Amazing work!
