Tom was so kind and helpful, and eased my anxiety. Referred to the dealership by the Costco auto purchase plan and was very pleased. It’s really nice.

I had a great experience at AutoNation.

I had a great experience at AutoNation. The spring on my fuel door broke preventing access (without a helper). I took it in to AutoNation Irvine and was in-and-out in 20 minutes. The service rep Braulio was kind enough to replace it himself rather than send the vehicle into the service bay. I'm truly appreciative of his efforts. I will ask for him by name next time around.

Extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was checked in and out right when I was told. My advisor israr was very knowledgeable and professional on top of being extremely friendly. Very clean and friendly environment. Definitely go back like always again and again.

Full Service maintenance

I always liked Auto Nation to service my car. That?s why I?ve been a Customer since 2006. However, the last 2 appointments I had, took so long. I don?t mind the one before my last since they have to work on extra parts that needs replacements. However, the last one, with only the regular service took over 3 hours with my appt at 2:45 and leaving at almost 6PM. That made me feel like I was put last because I only have the regular service done. I hope my next one will be better.

Went in looking for a Tundra.

Went in looking for a Tundra. They made it super easy to find the trim I wanted and placed my pre order. They estimated a month until delivery got it about a week early! Great experience quick and easy the way car buying should be! Ask for Abe.
