Rob was wonderful to work. From start to finish he was communicative, clear on the process and friendly. We especially were appreciative of his assistance with having just dealt with a total loss of our previous lease in an unfortunate accident. Yet again another great experience with Colonial Subaru. For context I was diagnosed with severe social anxiety so simple every day tasks are much harder & stressful for me so you could only imagine the dread I felt knowing I needed a new car. Robert was a god send he made the process simple & easy for me it didn’t feel like he was selling me a car but more so helping me find the right car for me. The fact I didn’t experience a panic attack is what really made me want to write a review, I know Robert doesn’t realize but his calm & friendly energy makes the world a better place, it for sure made my world better. I can’t thank Robert enough for all his help he will be the only person I deal with from now on you’ve earned a lifetime client!
