The whole experience was top notch from making the initial appointment to finalizing the paperwork.

The salesman worked with me thru text messages and answered all my questions. I was apprived fir a loan quickly thru their finance dept. The salesman picked me up and drove me to dealership. I was abke to drive the vehicle then. The finance gentleman was very thorough and efficient. The experience was all very positive and I would recommend buying from this dealership.

Morgyn Bailey is the best salesperson I have ever had to deal with. I've bought many cars in my life and if they were remotely close to her personality I would have bought more. I recently had the best experience purchasing a used vehicle from Ken Nelson Auto. I test drove a new arrival that hadn't had an inspection yet. Before I purchased the vehicle that day, the service department took care of the brakes and a recall item to make sure my vehicle was in its best condition for me to buy. Justin and Hope took care of the sale and loan details, and I found them to be honest, friendly, and great communicators. I even had great interactions with the individual in the parts and accessories department who took my order, called me when the accessories came in, and even carried them out to my vehicle for me. This was my first time shopping at Ken Nelson Auto, and I was highly satisfied. I know I will purchase all my future vehicles from Ken Nelson if they continue to maintain this level of excellence. We need more car dealerships like this one.

I went to work one morning and didn’t realize I had a flat until I had other employees asking what my vehicle looked like. Once I confirmed it was unfortunately mine, I reached out to Ken Nelson who was able to pick up my vehicle at my work, put my spare on, take it to their shop, fix my tire (plugged and not replaced!), return my vehicle to my work and sent me an invoice to pay after I got off work. It was like it never even happened and they took care of all the hassle for me! Could have been a really bad day trying to figure that all out after a 13 hour shift. They have amazing customer service! And I didn’t even have to get a new tire! 10/10 recommend!
