William was very helpful and low key. He showed me the cars I asked to see and had my car priced for a trade-in. While we ultimately decided to wait on buying a new car, we will definitely go back to William at Lee Toyota when we are ready! I would recommend this dealiership.

Have used this Toyota Dealership for over 15 years and have been nothing less that totally satisfied during at least 9 vehicle transactions. However, what was most impressive was tne manner in which they handled my daughter this past week in a "coming of age" event as she purchased her first new vehicle on her own. They realized she was in essence "scared to death" and overwhelmed by the process - - every step starting with potential vehicle selection options thru the actual deal processing was explained to her in a manner in which she understood and felt comfortable. A visit to this Dealership is more like stopping in to see old friends for coffee than it is to execute a financial transaction. If you want personalized service that is hassle and pressure free consider this Dealership for both new and used vehicle needs.

Excellent experience--Everyone was very friendly and very helpful. When we came in to finalize the paperwork on the car I had my dog in the vehicle. Mia (my dog) was graciously welcomed into the showroom while we completed the paperwork. This alleviated a lot of my stress and distraction (thinking about her in the car) during the hour we were doing paperwork.

The sales person I worked with at Lee's Toyota in Topsham, Maine was friendly, knowledgeable, diligent and efficient. I was very finicky and allowed very little wiggle room in terms of what I wanted for a used vehicle. Trisha jumped right on it though and found me just what I was looking for at a reasonable price! I test drove a vehicle at 2:30, returned at 3:30 to complete the paperwork and drove home in it before 5pm. We have been using Lee Toyota for service on our Prius and Camry for four years now and have been extremely happy both with the way the service reps treat us and with the work done on our cars. When the Camry, which is now 12 years old, began giving trouble and we needed to replace it, we of course turned to Lee and found the sales staff to be equally helpful and respectful of us. Joe Day, in particular, has been polite, cheerful, candid, helpful, and low-pressure. He made the process of finding the car we wanted and negotiating the price as close to painless as it can be. If you're in the market to buy a Toyota, Joe Day at Lee is the person to see.

Friendly service and low pressure. Joe Day(and we) knew he did not have to push - indeed pushing would turn us off. The deal was honest and and the product sold itself. The financing was easy. A+ dealership! Then we backed into something and the service department also took good care of us. We will come back.

My buying experience was excellent. Although my first color choice was not available for the 2011 Prius Joe was sable to get my second choice in quickly. Mike tossed in $50.00 of gas coupons to make up not having our first color choice. With the mileage we will get with the Prius and the amount of driving we do this should last me several months!!! Joe and Mike were both very friendly and professional. They knew I wanted to buy but did not push me into anything I did not want or need. It was a hasle free and pressure free experience. I bought a 2001 Toyota Tacoma from Lee and also had a great expereince then. I have been impressed with the level of professionalis, and quality of work, and overall organization of the service department so I feel very confident taking my vehicles to Lee Toyoya for service. So a good buying experience along with a great service department, I should be driving my Toyotas worry free for a very long time.
