We really enjoyed working with Mike. We felt he was a very honest, straightforward, and likeable car salesman, which is rare among car salesmen! He was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to a friend.

I was very pleased and satisfied with my experience purchasing a new vehicle at Lee Toyota in Topsham. Trish, the sales person with whom I dealt, was always helpful and positive. The price that I paid for the new Tacoma and the trade-in allowance that I received for my 2003 F150 were both quite fair.

We actually bought two cars, a new Matrix and a used 2010...

We actually bought two cars, a new Matrix and a used 2010 tacoma. Eric was quite helpful and friendly, we enjoyed dealing with him. He was not pushy nor was he giving us the "hard sell", which is what we liked. He answered all of our questions and made it a pleasurable experience. I would ask for him by name if I was going back to buy another vehicle. I only have one comment that is not meant to be negative, but more as a recommendation. The Tacoma we bought was a great buy and I love it. However, although it was used, it was missing the rear left mud guard. I did not notice it missing when I bought the truck, (hard to believe). I noticed it two days later when I was at a restaurant eating and looked out the window at the truck. Yes it was sold "used", but I think a rear mud guard should be a must for a used vehicle (that comes from the factory that way), especially here in Maine, with all the snow, dirt roads and mud that we have, it will eventually rust out below - starting where all that debris hits the back of the truck and bottom painted area. That was my fault, I should not have overlooked something so obvious, but I guess I was just overwhelmed at how nice the rest of the truck was. So my recommendation is to always ensure Mud guards are on the used vehicles they sell. Even so, I would still buy from Lee Toyota - all my future cars will have a tag on the back that says LEE. Thanks again Eric, and I appreciate your filling the gas tanks up on both vehicles before we drove away.

Joe Day was the best at helping us with our latest...

Joe Day was the best at helping us with our latest vehicle. Before test driving he made sure we were familiar with the van and how to make adjustments ad needed. We were very happy with the financing and leasing figures and with the helpful input from Joe. After all was done and before we left, Joe went over all the AC and audio capabilities, as well as the seats,doors,liftgate operations. He went out of is way to make us comfortable and succeeded. Thanks Joe Gary & Jeanne Kerns

Mike Walker was very patient with us. We had a bunch of questions about different combinations of used and new cars, which he handled very professionally. We also appreciated that he was very direct and straightforward in his dealings with us, so that we did not feel intimidated. In addition, Mike came in on his day off to turn the car over to us. I think we received a fair price for the car, without undue haggling. Mike was very clear in his explanations of the cars' features.

We stopped at Lee Toyota to look at cars and ended up...

We stopped at Lee Toyota to look at cars and ended up buying one that day. Brian Tremblay was great to work with, he let the car sell itself. He took his time and answered all our questions and brought cars around for us to test drive. He did not rush us, nor did he push us. I have and will continue to recommend Brian and Lee Toyota in Topsham. After the sale he did a follow up to confirm all was going well and he scheduled my first service date. Additionally we worked with the gal who did the paperwork and she was super friendly and great to work with, perhaps her name is Jill. The vehicle went back for service to have satellite radio installed and the service department was excellent. In fact a few fellow workers have stated they too go to Lee's in Thompson and they too agree the facility is friendly and wonderful. Thank you all!!! Buying this new car was like buying from a small hometown dealer. EXCELLENT!!!!!!!
