Trisha Hunter was the salesperson that sold us our 2008 Sienna. It was refreshing to work with such a professional salesperson, we will certainly look to Trisha the next time we need to purchase a car. She very clearly laid out our options and once the decision was made she made sure we knew how to use all the options that the Sienna had. It was nice dealing with her style because she provided no pressure just information.

Overall, very satisfied with new car performance, dealership and service received by sales and service department at Lee Toyota. Couldn't have asked for a better group of people, especially Ken Kay who is an excellent salesman. I hope to continue doing more business in the future. thanks....

In June, we purchased a Toyota Highlander from Lee Toyota in Topsham Maine. We live outside of the US and Lee's Trisha Hunter was extremely helpful to us every step of the way. She answered our questions thoroughly and when it came time to take delivery was very organized. We were on a very specific timetable and she had things all set up when we arrived. After introducing us to all the features on the car, we were on our way. It was just as we had hoped...our purchase experience was simple, honest and hassle free.

We were just "looking". Joe was helpful and did not apply pressure. He was low key BUT really "on the job". We took a drive, made a decision and a few days later picked up our new Camray. We love the Toyota and will look forward to doing business with Joe when we upgrade our car. The service department is awesome. We even had someone drive me to renew my drivers licence and then pick me up when that was done. Over and above the call of duty. have leased two vehicles (a 2006 Tundra, and a 2007 Prius) from Joe Day at Lee Toyota. Both times he was exceptional. Very friendly and courteous. I was very pleased when he even gave us a fair deal on trade in of an older Accord. Joe did the same for a coworker of mine recently. He was very pleased with how easy the purchasing process was with Joe. Joe has been a terrific salesman, always remembering us when we are in for service, and calling to see how things are going on just the right schedule. Never pushy, but just like an old friend. I have since brought both vehicles back for normal maintenance and had terrific service experience every time! I live 30 miles away, with another Toyota dealer within 5 miles, and I still bring my cars to Lee Toyota because of their service. Highly recommended.

I have given Lee Toyota a 5 star rating due to the quality of service we have received in both the sales and service departments. Trisha worked with endless patience to find the perfect fit for my wife. She kept in touch with us and made changes for us that would insure we were completely satisfied. Lee's service department is well organized, and manned by competent people who take the time to answer all our questions and complete the work in a more than reasonable period of time. I always drive off with complete confidence knowing my car has been treated well. I would recommend Lee Toyota for both sales and service without any hesitation.

I was very impressed with Joel Turgo's ability to listen to my needs and help me discover the right car for me. I purchased a Scion xD, which has features Joel explained quite throughly. I would recommend working with Joel to find a car. Not only was he personable, but he showed me both new and used cars that were available. After I had decided on the right car, he spent quite a bit of time answering questions and explaining service. I felt very confident about the safety and overall performance of the vehicle because of Joel's point by point explanation. He was friendly and patient and gave me a follow up call the next day and directed me to the right person in parts to find out about available accessories.
